When we found out I was pregnant I was really clueless on what I needed or didn’t need. I do remember that one of the first things my ‘mother’ bought me to try and help deal with my morning sickness was a pack of refills for the diaper genie. Now we had NEVER really seen/used one before so we figured the bags would have a pre-tear on them. I had stayed the night and the next morning my brother gave me a piece of my favorite gum … Cotton Candy from BubbleYum … only it made me VERY nauseated and I tried to use the bags to hold what was coming up only to find out it was clearly NOT pre-tears lol.
So when I heard the that the Baby Shower giveaway bash was offering a $150 Playtex gift basket including a Diaper Genie (which after having Owen I found a big lifesaver for an apartment living mama) AND a $100 Babies R Us gift card, I knew I had to participate because we are big fans of Diaper Genie, Playtex AND since we have a Babies R US and Toys R Us combined, we spend a bit of time in that end of the store as well for our baby nephews lol.
