Weill Cornell Imaging at NewYork-Presbyterian Recognized for 'Putting the Glam in Mammogram'
June 10, 2019

Weill Cornell Imaging at NewYork-Presbyterian was recently featured in the New York Times for the ways it is trying to make mammogram visits more comfortable.
The newspaper detailed the ways ĢƵ and NewYork-Presbyterian used décor and spa-like amenities to make the mammogram process less intimidating in its downtown location. The goal, said radiology chairman Dr. Robert J. Min, was to “inject a little bit of life and positivity.” Doctors also hope the relaxed setting encourages patients to prioritize preventative care.
