Our multidisciplinary alcohol clinic offers a team-based approach to care with transplant hepatology, alcohol counseling and addiction psychiatry. The team at the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Center for Alcohol and Liver Medicine prides itself on providing thorough, non-judgmental and compassionate care. Your team includes an addiction psychiatrist, advanced credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselor (CASAC) and hepatologist (liver specialist).
From additional programs to education, Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ provides a variety of resources for people living with or supporting those experiencing alcohol use disorder and alcohol-associated liver disease.

At the initial visit, you will meet all members of our team for an assessment. You can expect to be with us for a total of 3 hours. You will likely have a blood draw, and you may also have a FibroScan® performed during the visit. You will receive a printed treatment plan with your next steps, including any medications or programs that we recommend.
The frequency of visits and follow up with the program will depend on your personal health history and tailored care plan.
